How often should my furnace and air conditioner be serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend a tune-up once a year for each system, typically the furnace in fall and the air conditioner in spring. Regular service helps catch worn parts before a breakdown. Our maintenance memberships include biannual tune-ups.
Do you work on both homes and businesses?

Why is my AC running but not cooling the house?
Common causes include a dirty air filter, a frozen evaporator coil, a dirty outdoor coil or low refrigerant from a leak. Replace the filter first. If you see ice on the indoor unit or refrigerant lines, turn the system off so it can thaw, then call us. Running a frozen or low-charge system can damage the compressor. More on AC repair.
